Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use jasmineestevezwellness.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be endured.

The site is operated by Jasmine Estevez Wellness LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

If you only browse the site, we collect nothing about you.

If you create a membership account, we store your name, your email address, and a cryptographic hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot recover it — that is why a forgotten password must be reset rather than looked up.

While you use the membership we also keep a record of which classes you have watched and how far you got, so the library can offer to resume where you left off.

If you join the teacher-training waitlist, we keep the name, email address and any note you choose to add, so Jasmine can contact you when enrollment opens.

Payment information

We do not see, handle or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information goes directly to them. What we keep is an identifier Stripe gives us so we can tell whether your membership is active, and the date your subscription renews.

Who else is involved

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. When you sign in, your browser stores a sign-in token locally so you stay signed in between visits. Clearing your browser storage signs you out. Stripe and Cloudflare may set their own cookies as part of processing a payment or playing a video.

Keeping it

We keep your account for as long as it exists. If you cancel your membership, your account and viewing history remain so you can return later without starting over. If you would rather we erased it entirely, ask and we will.

Records connected to payments are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is generally several years.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and its data. Email hello@jasmineestevezwellness.com and we will act on it. Deleting your account ends your membership and your access to the library.

Children

The membership is intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will say so by email before it takes effect.
