These terms cover your use of jasmineestevezwellness.com and the membership. The site and the membership are operated by Jasmine Estevez Wellness LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Practise safely — please read this part
Yoga is physical activity, and you take part at your own risk. Jasmine is a yoga teacher, not a doctor, and nothing in these classes is medical advice.
Speak to a physician before you begin, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition. Classes are recorded, so nobody is watching you — you are responsible for judging what your body can do on the day.
Work within your range. Skip anything that hurts. If you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop and seek medical attention.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. A membership is for one person — sharing sign-in details, or streaming classes to a group or a class of your own, is not permitted. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The membership
The membership is $9.99 per month. It renews automatically each month, on the same date, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page; see the refund policy for what happens to the remainder of a month you have paid for.
New classes are added regularly, but we do not promise a particular number in a given month. Classes may occasionally be removed.
If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to you, and you will have the chance to cancel first.
What you may and may not do with the classes
The classes, the written material and the teacher-training content are Jasmine's work and remain hers. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch them while it is active.
You may not download, record, copy, re-publish or redistribute the classes, use them to teach your own paid or unpaid sessions, or make them available to anyone outside your household.
Ending things
You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that shares credentials, redistributes the classes, or behaves abusively toward Jasmine or other members — and where it is fair to do so, we will refund the unused part of the current month.
Availability
We work to keep the library available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, video delivery and payment processing depend on other companies, and occasional outages and maintenance happen.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Jasmine Estevez Wellness LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the classes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
